Planetary energies are building as we approach 2013 and it’s important for each of us to continue to stay in the heart and use our heart’s intuitive discernment to guide our choices. As the Shift energies accelerate, our choices of thoughts, feelings, words and actions count more than ever.

Our day to day moods, attitudes and behaviors reflect the frequency or vibration we are operating in. It can be high, low, or in-between at given times, depending on how we manage our energy when interacting with others, or within our own inner-world of thoughts and feelings. One of the major subjective values of practicing heart coherence and radiating love to the planet is: this raises our personal vibration, making us more effective in our day to day life and more compassionate with each other. When our heart energy shuts down, our vibration drops followed by non-effective choices and increased vulnerability to stress. Being genuine, kind and forgiving with ourselves and others keeps our hearts open and raises our vibration to the level of our authentic self, which is an important energetic contribution to the planetary field environment and our personal peace.

The United States soon will vote on whether to change presidents and China soon will instate a new president and prime minister. France and other countries recently had a change in leadership. It’s important to maintain our heart coherence to help transform the negative energies that surround the political process and envision that whoever leads will be guided by intuitive heart inspiration to what’s truly the highest best for the whole.

Care Focus: Rising to our Authentic Self

For this full moon Care Focus, let’s breathe peace, kindness and forgiveness into our cells and out into the planetary field environment, while seeing our coherent heart energy helping to raise and sustain our personal and collective vibration to the level of our authentic self – who we truly are – this facilitates our heart’s intuitive discernment in what we choose to think, feel and do… Now let’s radiate our coherent love to help transform the stress and negative energies that surround the political process in many countries. Let’s envision that whoever leads will be guided by intuitive heart inspiration to what’s the highest best for the whole.
