Care Focus: Let’s send our heart-focused care and compassion to the people suffering from famine in Somalia and other countries in Africa due to drought and civil war. While radiating compassion and care, let’s create a heart field environment to facilitate relief efforts and see food, water and medical supplies reaching the people in need. Next, send heart-focused care and compassion to other people, issues and areas of the world in need of more light and care, as your heart guides you.
