GCI  March 2011 Full Moon Synchronized Care Focus

Welcome to the Global Coherence Initiative’s March full moon synchronized Care Focus. For this Care Focus, we will continue to send our heart-focused care and compassion to everyone affected by the Japan earthquake and tsunami and the after-effects.

In order for GCI members around the world to participate at a convenient time, we have chosen noon, 8 p.m. and 4 a.m. Pacific Daylight Time ( -7 hours GMT ) when GCI members in the Global Care Room can do the Care Focus together.*

We’ll do the Care Focus together for fifteen minutes. It’s fine to stop sooner or continue longer if you choose. There will be music playing or you can mute the music if you prefer.

Care Focus – Japan Earthquake and Radiation

As we compassionately hold Japan in our heart space, let’s fill the affected areas with unconditional love and heart warmth. Visualize the radioactive health risk remaining minimal and see the radiation being lifted high in the air above all potentially affected populations. Then see it dissipate. Breathe increased stability and well-being into the region. While doing this, envision a most comforting and peaceful process of recovery guided by the spirit of love and compassion.

Also, let’s remember to hold in our heart space, Libya, the Middle East and other areas of turbulence and duress. Let’s sustain our vision for the highest best outcome and the most peaceful resolutions while maintaining compassion and unconditional love.

(After 15 minutes)

It would be effective for the planet if we individually continue to do this Care Focus often in the Global Care Room. Use your own heart discernment on how long and when you participate. Remember to send your heart-focused care to other stressful situations taking place throughout the world.

Through these emerging global stress events, it’s also important to practice the caring maintenance of our own energy balance in relationship to seemingly ongoing occurrences. Let’s remember to shift from fear – to calm and poise when responding to media and news reports. This helps to prevent energy drain and increases the effectiveness of our outgoing care. When our emotions are exhausted and frayed, it compromises our personal system and diminishes the effectiveness of our intentions to be helpful. We compassionately realize it’s harder to prevent emotional drain at times when personally connected to stressful events. Yet, it’s worth taking time out on occasion to consciously breathe the feeling of calm and restoration into your system. Doing this from your genuine heart feelings restores emotional resilience, which is especially needed when giving energetic care and support to others who are experiencing a harder time. Use any restoration techniques that work for you. The important thing is: at least remember to do it. Self-care is an essential component in global care.

Thank you for your participation in this Care Focus.
